Description | The Computer and Information Science Faculty (CIS@BGU) is seeking candidates for tenure-track faculty positions starting in October 2026.
The Computer and Information Science Faculty is a new faculty established by Ben-Gurion University. The faculty was built from two former departments - Computer Science (CS) and Software and Information Systems Engineering (SISE). The two departments merged into the new faculty to further promote the excellence of research in these areas. The faculty has a unique and novel structure where researchers are spread across different research instituties with the same scientific theme. Following the establishment of the new faculty, we are seeking several outstanding candidates in all areas of Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, and Data Science. Researchers with a PhD in these areas and related areas are encouraged to apply and join our growing faculty. |
