Description | The Department of Foreign Literatures and Linguistics, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel, invites applications for a tenure track position (rank open) in generative linguistics, including, but not limited to, phonology, syntax and computational linguistics.
We are a research intensive department with both undergraduate and graduate programs. Current faculty specialize in semantics, syntax, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, and computational linguistics and have an active collaboration with other departments, including Psychology, Computer Science, and Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Faculty responsibilities include: - Conducting research in the candidate’s area of specialization - Applying for external research funding - Teaching (in English) at the undergraduate and graduate level, as required by the department's curriculum. - Supervising M.A. and Ph.D. students - Taking on administrative duties application dead-line: Feb. 28, 2025 |
