The Faculty of Natural Sciences
The Computer Science department at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev invites applications for a tenure-track faculty interdisciplinary position at all levels commencing from the 2023-2024 academic year. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in computer science or related areas and their research should be interdisciplinary. Priority will be given to candidates whose research is in areas related to computational environmental studies. If relevant, the position will include membership in the School of Climate Change and Sustainability and the candidate will be expected to teach and supervise in the framework of the school.
The Faculty of Natural Sciences
The Computer Science department is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position starting in October 2023. Researchers with a PhD in Computer Science and related areas are encouraged to apply. Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev’s Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management (GGFBM) invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position all ranks in the Department of Management (BA). Candidates should have research expertise in entrepreneurship or data science with application in at least one of the core areas of management. All candidates must have a strong quantitative background. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in one of the aforementioned or related fields, and should provide evidence of outstanding research or potential, as well as excellent teaching abilities. The Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research
The Ben-Gurion National Solar Energy Center is currently expanding. We are seeking talented researchers to join our team as faculty members in the field of solar and renewable energy. The Solar Energy Center at BGU is committed to addressing the challenges of solar energy in its broadest sense, including (but not limited to) harvesting solar energy in different ways, efficient storage of harvested energy, integrating solar energy technologies with other energy sources, and optimizing solar electricity production despite its intermittent nature. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
The Department of Foreign Literatures and Linguistics, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel, invites applications for a tenure track position (rank open) in generative linguistics, including, but not limited to, phonology, syntax and computational linguistics. We are a research intensive department with both undergraduate and graduate programs. Current faculty specialize in semantics, syntax, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, and computational linguistics and have an active collaboration with other departments, including Psychology, Computer Science, and Cognitive and Brain Sciences.
